Returns & Refunds Policy
1. We do not process returns or refunds
As Red Chair Homes does not sell products directly, all returns and refund requests must be made with the retailer where the purchase was completed.
2. Statutory consumer rights
UK consumers have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 when buying from retailers, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods. These rights sit with the retailer, not with Red Chair Homes Ltd.
